Send over what you have.
A sketch on graph paper, a survey, a photo of the existing house, or last year’s set that needs updating. You get a scope and a number back — not a sales call.

How it goes
Four steps, no mystery
01
Walk the job
A site visit, or your survey and photos if the drive doesn’t pay. Existing conditions get measured before anything gets drawn.
02
Rough the plan
Preliminary floor plans and elevations to argue over. Cheap to change now, expensive to change in framing.
03
Draw the set
Sections, framing, details and schedules. Code-checked against the Michigan Residential Code before it leaves the office.
04
Hand it over
PDFs, DWGs and plots in your hands, plus the revisions the counter asks for. Questions during framing are part of the job.
