This site exists so builders, contractors and homeowners can see our work and ask us to draw something. The only personal information it collects is what you type into a form and send us on purpose.
Last updated 8 October 2026.
The short version
- We collect what you send us through the contact and quote forms. Nothing else.
- We use it to answer you and to quote and run the job. That is all.
- We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing.
- No advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, no third-party cookies on this site.
- Ask us and we will send you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
What we collect
Two forms on this site, and both of them only ask for what we need to reply with a real answer. Every field is one you fill in yourself.
The contact form
On Contact. Your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the note.
The quote form
On Request a Quote. Your name, email and phone number, whether you are a builder or a homeowner, what needs drawing, your timeline, the project’s location and approximate size, and anything else you add.
Like every website, ours sits on a web server that keeps routine technical logs — the IP address a request came from, the browser it used, the page it asked for, the time. Those logs are kept for security and troubleshooting, not for building a profile of you, and they are not combined with anything you send through a form.
How we use it
- To answer your question or send you a scope and a price.
- To talk the job through, by email or on the phone, if you ask us to.
- To keep our own records of work we quoted and work we drew.
We will not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form, and we will not follow up with marketing you did not ask for. If you send us a question and then never write back, that is the end of it.
Who else sees it
Nobody buys this information from us, because we do not sell it. A short list of companies handle it only because they run the plumbing a website needs.
- Our web host — stores the site and its database, which is where a form submission lands first.
- Our email provider — delivers the form notification to us and carries our reply back to you.
- Our web developer — can see the site’s data while maintaining it, and is bound to keep it confidential.
We would also hand information over if the law genuinely required it — a court order, for example. That has never happened, and we would tell you if it did, unless we were forbidden to.
Cookies
There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no social-media tracker on this site, so there is nothing here following you from page to page or site to site. That is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
WordPress itself may set a small cookie to keep a form working while you fill it in, and it sets one if you log in to manage the site. Both are functional. If we ever add measurement or a map embed, this page gets updated before it goes live.
How long we keep it, and your say in that
How long
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted once they are plainly cold. Records tied to a job we actually drew are kept as long as the project file is — construction documents get referred back to years later, and the correspondence is part of that record.
Your say
Email us and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion, and we will do it — usually within a few days. The only thing we may keep back is what we have to hold for a contract or for tax records. You can also just reply and tell us to stop contacting you.
This site is run from Michigan for clients in the United States, and it is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and move the date at the top. We will not quietly start doing something this policy says we do not do.
This page describes our actual practice in plain English. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a lawyer’s review if your contract requires one.
